Paul arrived on time as promised by the lady that takes the calls. He was friendly , professional and knowledgeable. Paul came to fix my washing machine which had packed up completely. Got it going again with a few parts from the van which was brilliant, then looked at my freezer of my fridge freezer. Unfortunately due to age it wasnt worth the repair versus replacement but Paul was fair and honest and said buying a new one was probably the right time as the warranty would be longer and the purchase of similar was not much more money. He also gave me the details of an ethical recycler should the shop not collect old machines. I cannot thank Paul and PFB enough. Great Customer Service and Great Prices.
