Always my favourite stop to get dessert. Their lemon meringue pie it is one of my favourites. Honestly, today (23 April) it felt that they used more salt than need in the pie recipe. But the meringue was still great. Lovely to finally discover that they are dog friendly. So many times I went to buy dessert and let my dog out as I wasn’t aware. A tip would be have a sign informing they are dog friendly

I recently visited Peyton and Byrne Bakeries coffee shop and found it to be an average experience. Another issue I noticed was that the shop was not tidy , which did not leave a good impression. The seating area could have been cleaner and better organized to create a more inviting atmosphere. Additionally, I noticed that the food items on display were not properly covered. This could potentially lead to hygiene issues, and it would be beneficial if the shop could address this problem. Overall, the coffee at Peyton and Byrne Bakeries was enjoyable, but the slow service, untidy environment, and lack of proper food coverings are areas that could use improvement. With some attention to these issues, the coffee shop could elevate its overall customer experience.

Service and shop display was lovely. Everything looked beautiful, sadly let down by quality of food. The cakes were extremely dense and dry. I was appalled to realise the ‘buttercream’ was in face made with some form of margarine or spread. I had to taste it twice in disbelief. Almost £4 but they can’t use real butter!? The salmon and pea tart was better but the only salmon was a single piece on the top. Very disappointed and would most definitely avoid in the future. Looks are deceptive.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is fresh and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised with the location of Peyton & Byrne Bakeries. It is located in a beautiful old building in the heart of Greenwich. The bakery is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and there is a large park nearby. The staff at Peyton & Byrne Bakeries is friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions and make recommendations. I tried the white oat cappuccino, and I was not a fan. The coffee was not very strong, and the oat milk did not add much flavor. I would recommend trying one of the other coffees on the menu. The muffin I had was a blueberry muffin. It was a bit dry, but the blueberry flavor was good. I would recommend trying one of the other muffins on the menu, such as the chocolate chip muffin or the banana bread muffin. Overall, Peyton & Byrne Bakeries is a good place to grab a quick coffee and a bite to eat. The location is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. However, I would not recommend trying the white oat cappuccino.
