Extremely rude staff, bordering on offensive. This isn't a one-off with an individual staff member, I've had similar unpleasant experiences on a few occasions. You are followed around and treated like a shoplifter the minute you walk into the place. Thankfully, there are far better pharmacies in Crouch End.

Quite poor experience unfortunately. My GP recommended to go there for travel vaccinations. I spoke in store and organised a call for a couple of days later to assess and arrange the thing. On the call though I was told that all the vaccines are out of stock and that I have to go to a pharmacy in central London... My disappointment is based on 2 aspects: (1) couldn't they tell me directly when i was in store about the lack of stock and therefore that I would have had better chances by going somewhere else without wasting time? (2) couldn't they get the vaccine directly from another pharmacy to provide the service? I felt they did not really care about me, so I think I will never enter this pharmacy any more... I would definitely not recommend it!
