Absolutely terrible service! The carer acused my tiny frenchie of biting him! We have 2 small children one is autistic and he’s the friendliest most loving dog with all humans. Yet on the first night this man said he bit him but has no proof, no marks or nothing! So I had to arrange my family to move gizmo to a kennel with a massive cost. The kennel owner had him in his house with him and his dogs because he was so stressed when he got there and he said there’s not one aggressive bone in his body. These people won’t refund me all my money so we’ve lost nearly £100 because we apparently broke the t&cs due to aggression yet they have no proof my dog behaved that way, he’s my special needs sons therapy dog. I advise you read all t&cs thoroughly before using these people if you want your dog to be happy whilst you’re away. It ruined the first 3 days of our holiday due to worry!! Head office just tell you to take them to court if you’re not happy, great customer service that is!!
