I would highly recommend Pets by Plane for their knowledgeable and personalised service and they would be my first choice for international pet transport if I had to do it again. Friends and I had 5 cats and 1 dog prepared to go from Greece to Australia when the airlines suddenly cut flights and stopped carrying animals due to the pandemic. We ended up having to fly the pets to Aus via the UK (which was now the country of embarkation), so we contacted Pets by Plane who are based in the UK. They advised us on all the processes and timelines and checked all the import/export documentation, even though it was all done in Greece. They handled dealings with Australian post-entry Quarantine and arranged kennelling and transport between flights in London and Doha. They even met us and the pets at Heathrow airport to transfer between airlines/kennels and sent regular updates via email during my cat's very long international journey. This was one of the most stressful things I have had to do, and was much more so for my friends who were in Greece at the time looking after the 6 pets. Pets by Plane were extremely well priced, affordable and responsive. It was so comforting to have an actual caring human being on the other side. I had 100% trust in them which made me feel so much more secure about sending my cat halfway around the world. Our sincere thanks to Martin and the whole team for everything they did for us. :)
