Rob provided an Amazing service. He explained everything in detail, was considerate and compassionate. my cat was able to go peacefully and comfortably thanks to rob. Today I received a lovely note in the post from Rob expressing his condolences. We first met Catherine 15 months ago when one of our elderly cats passed away. She was very understanding and reassuring about the care he was going to receive. Today we called again as sadly our second elderly cat and sister to our previous cat passed away.
