I'm not a fan of loyalty cards but with 10% off as a new customer and then a further 10% off for a new kitten it was too good an offer to ignore. Plus I believe there are on going offers for food and vet fees. Easy parking close by, handy when you just bought a large bag of cat litter.

Staff are lovely but their systems are so disorganised. Items always out of stock, click-and-collect orders with incorrect items, deliveries being wrong, it's just a shambles! I feel awful for the nice people who work there because they must spend their whole time apologising for errors that aren't their fault! I go there for convenience but they need to pull themselves together, as a company.

Used the groomers and they cut our dogs skin multiple times and never told us. We are very dissapointed. The groomers didnt even appoligise and said that we were bad dog owners ! Dolly ( Dog ) has not been since. Dolly went in with large matting because she was a rescue and they worked around the matting even after they said she would go back with no matting .never going back
