Poor Recommendations when buying my new fish Aquarium in Dec 2022. Staff recommended Adding Fish after only 24hrs of setting up newly purchased aquarium from their store. Staff did not offer advise on contrary they tell you only to allow 24hrs before start adding fish into your tank . This is a big problem because fish need an ecosystem to survive, and it takes a little bit of time for all the elements to synchronize. To get to an excellent biological state, you need to set up your tank at least 3 to 4 days before introducing your fish. This could have been a simple fix because it’s just avoiding a problem before it happens, by recommending and ensuring customers to take the time to set up their new aquarium and give tank time to adjust. Also they should have recommended Introducing fish slowly and should ask customers to keep track and do not encourage buying new fish to allow existing fish to adjust to their new home. Instead, as if they are waiting for customers to fail or having problem in new fish tank to force them to by buy treatment and test kits Now all fish died and need to start all over again ….
