Went in for some worming sachets for our dog. Unfortunately, they only had 1 box, which wasn't going to be enough. But the staff were very helpful, the store was clean & tidy.

Worst branch I’ve ever been to in the UK. People by the tills are beyond rude for no reason when you’re asking them how they are doing they just completely blank you. The vets in there are AWFUL charging people a £40 consultation fee for what???? Honestly, do yourselves a favour and never bring your pets to their vets, I brought my 6 month kitten and the vet woman manhandled him saying something about not liking cats under her breath. Absolutely awful experience and I’ve been to the vets twice, do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else. Current vets for my kitten are GoVets in Manchester, they are wonderful and really helpful. I will never step foot again in this pets at home or their vets, absolutely disgraceful customer service / people skills, if you’re miserable just change jobs, don’t make people miserable with you too.

I recently went to this store, and I have to say that the customer service was fantastic. The employees were very helpful and patient with me as I navigated the store and searched for the items that I needed. The fact that the employees took the time to assist me and ensure that I found everything I was looking for was greatly appreciated. It's always reassuring to receive assistance from knowledgeable and friendly employees, especially when you're unsure of where to find something in the store. Overall, I had a great experience at the store, and the customer service was a big part of that. The fact that the employees went above and beyond to help me made a huge difference and made me feel valued as a customer.

Could only give one star as the girl on the till at 2.45pm 15/4 was so rude. There were no customers at the till, I went to pay, she turned her back on me and waved her friend over the serve her. I asked 'Andy' if he was also serving and fortunately he was. I said that the other girl had just totally ignored me and called her friend over, she could hear but did not bother to apologise, just carried on chatting with her friend. Won't return to this store if that is acceptable staff behaviour. She was not wearing a name tag.
