I am only giving five stars for the staff, always happy with passion, helpful, and patient. But place itself doesn’t have a lot to offer, unfortunately what is online or in other stores are not in Nuneaton branch. This maybe is my luck and whenever i am there items what I am looking for are not there :(

Routine appt for my pet , it’s needs to be more organised and separated for cats n dogs, it was quite chaotic in the waiting area, four customers were waiting whilst we were waiting to be seen, blocking the lift and stairs.

So slow at the tills. 4 checkouts, 2 open with 2 staff serving same customer. Then asking for peoples postcodes or helping with medicines. Not the place to be having full blown conversations.
