Great store. Lots to buy and choose from. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Came in here for my dachshunds second vaccine. Appointment was at 9:40am and didn't get called in until after 10am.

Always big queues, and only 1 person on the till who is always very slow service. Everything is also very overpriced apart from their own brand goods which is sub par quality across the board. Only reason I would come is to buy one of the pets. If you value your time avoid this place!
