I was served by a man with glasses (so sorry didn't catch name), and he was great and patient, he also helped me sign up to the app with no rushing at all. Would be 5⭐️ if the shop was larger, its very popular and has a good selection of food, treats and accessories for all sorts of pets. Its just a shame the shop is not as big as, say, the segensworth store, as they carry more stock and bigger selection of each type, apart from that helpful friendly staff, plenty of parking and a groomers on site.
