Me & my wife are not happy with the groomers at pets for homes in Harlow,the lady explained what was going to happen with our dog as he was quite matted but the groomer shaved our dog so close around his bottom area & his legs it's right to the skin,he is in such discomfort & stressed, we will not be using these groomers again,
