    My little guinea pig aged 5years old sadly become ill and I phoned pets at home vets...they fitted little Eric in for 11.30...sadly he was too ill and we agreed to let him go to sleep..we were So sad..Today I received from the vets a lovely card of sympathy and 2 little paw prints 🐾 from my boy to remember him Thankyou pets at home great service Gravesend branch superb staff

    It gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the initial service from the assistant was good, but when we returned to purchase a new Syrian Hamster the staff were rude and argumentative, we are experienced Hamster owners and all of our Hamsters have lived long happy lives, but we were treated like clueless children, we were even told that the Hamster cage that we use for Syrian Hamsters (that we bought from Pets At Home) wasn't suitable for Syrian Hamsters, this is complete nonsense, we decided against getting the new member of our family from there as all they were interested in was selling us an unnecessarily new bigger cage and equipment, I won't buy from a pet shop that puts profit before the pets, we went to Swallow Aquatics in Northfleet and the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and supplied us with our new Hamster who is sitting happily in his cage

    Went in with my kids to buy tropical fish today and after about 10 minutes waiting for assistance (because the staff were helping someone else get fish) we went to the till to ask for assistance, the employee behind the counter said they won't help us as they are now closing.
