    (2 years ago i also made a bad review) My dog went to this vet since she was a puppy only here, we had almost three emergency appointment since 2020, one of this appointments was because she had a fever the only thing you did was give an injection for the fever you didn't even care why was the reason for this fever. Another emergency appointment was because she was crying and we though it was maybe her paw or a broken nail and we had to tell you we though it was this because when someone checked her she said nothing was wrong can you guess what you did ? Only a medicine for pain relief didn't even care checking what it was, another appointment i wanted to make and thats why i left a bad review that day 2 years ago it was because i told you my dog was crying whenever we were picking her up and we didn't know the reason why, you said there was no emergency appointment and that you didn't see that as a reason for an emergency appointment wow. 2023 we took her here because she was not herself anymore and because we didn't want to go anywhere else because you had her whole history, one day i bring her here what you did was a blood test, nothing else you said her glucose was high maybe she was diabetic you needed her urine test, another emergency appointment you saw in a scan you did "free" she had pyometra you showed us the scan but not my dogs scan. Next day emergency surgery to discover she had a large tumor, which you obviously coudn't do nothing because it went to her stomach and to her intestines, so she was put down. By all of this what I'm trying to say is that im sure if you did something for her when she went for emergency appointments since 2020 you would have found something but you didn't care because this large tumor couldn't happen just over night, that fever was because of something thats a sing of a cancer but you didn't do nothing for her. Guys make sure your loving pets get the correct treatment they deserve, is not fair that just because they didn't investigate why my dog was having a lot of emergency appointment since 2020 and now 2023, only in 2023 they found a large tumor also just because she was having a surgery BECAUSE IF SHE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THIS SURGERY THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOW ABOUT THIS TUMOR.

    I have adopted many animals from them over the years and most of the experience has been positive. It is a good for basics like dried/frozen food and treats but the rest, you can get pound land or ebay for a fraction of the cost. The boxes of live insects for reptiles are always half dead unless you get there on delivery day. Also please do not buy fish from them unless you are experienced, I was given very poor advice and am now having to rehome some of my fish as they are too territorial for my tank size. I wasn't advised on this nor advised that I would need hiding places (I showed a picture of my tank which was sparse, really missed and oppertunity to upsell!) If you are new to fish go fish planet in finsbury park. They are experts and provide very thorough service.

    I'd like to thank Grace for being one of the best advisors I've dealt with in this Pets at Home store, I was in the store 4 times last week and both times I dealt with Grace she's given absolutely outstanding customer service and needs to be given recognition for how well she represents the company brand. I had dealt with a gentleman on my 3rd visit called Manny (dark beard and dark hair) who had a careless attitude to actually helping customers, it was like we were inconveniencing him for just asking a question. He is a poor representation of the face of the company working in the store front, going back to Grace I'd hope to pop in again and see if she was given praise for her hard work and fantastic customer service skills. She is a true asset to the business and this particular store! Well done Grace and keep up the great work you do!

    I have no problem with Pets at Home but would advise customers to avoid this store and others at this retail park as UKPC parking control is over enthusiastic with its fines. Fining me £100 for parking on a white line. It was necessary to park this way to enable a disabled passenger to get out of the car.

    My family and myself went to pets at home to get some fishes. At first there was no one to service us as there was only 3 staff in store and alot of customer. However, we had and amazing service from Atlanta. She was very patient and kind with us. We enjoyed the process with her that much that we even bought a hamster. She a lovely young lady and anyone who's visits should ask for her. Thank you Atlanta for your help, and hope you get promoted soon.
