I visited pets at home Balham. A staff member called Dan was absolutely amazing! He was really friendly and gave me great advice as a new cat owner, I was very anxious entering the store but he reassured me and answered all my 100s of questions and helped me choose the appropriate Irene’s to purchase and with a smile! He even helped take my items to the car. Really hope he gets recognition for the great work he does! 😊
