Ignored my calls and then a 2 sentence very 'aloof' email to me - very cold. Pets as therapy apparently only work with cats and dogs - not inclusive of all pets/other animals. Maybe should be called 'cats and dogs as therapy'. Such a shame as the work the volunteers and the animals do is amazing.

Absolutely disgusted. I emailed a simple polite question TWICE about my dog and this 'organisation' couldn't be bothered to answer my question. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL
