Pets Abroad were absolutely fantastic in getting Richie to his final destination in Florida. He came to the UK from Ukraine so we were unsure on what we needed to do to get him to the US, it transpired that he had to stay in the UK for 6 months before they would allow him entry. We started the process back in November last year, and Melody checked in with us regularly which was brilliant. When his day finally arrived, she took care of everything in a fast and efficient manor, leaving us with little to do accept drop Richie off to them. We received updates of his journey and we even tracked him on Flight Radar 24 online, and watched him land in Tampa. All in all a fantastic experience, and I couldn't fault the work Melody and the team did to get Richie to his new home, I would recommend them to anybody without hesitation. Many thanks for all you did.

Typhanie and Remi were very knowledgeable and friendly. Out of all the transport companies I have contacted for help, they were the ones who assisted me the soonest and were very warm. I am an American living in the UK. Unfortunately, I had a close family death and needed to return to the USA immediately. I was planning to bring my cat back with me. For something that is extremely stressful and time-sensitive, they truly saved me so much trouble and stress. Incredible customer service (thank you a million times Becky) for their expediency and resourcefulness. Also their quotes were much more reasonable vs. other pet courier services I checked out, with all the added help of picking up my cat for me in Edinburgh and driving him all the way down in London. Honestly, an impeccable company, they know what they're doing. My cat is now safely stateside...his international days are over. Thank you again.

I was really impressed with Pets Abroad, they were very informative, polite, helpful and answered my ‘thousand of questions’ promptly. We flew a dog & 2 rabbits from London to Miami and the whole process went smoothly and stress free. I worked with Becky and would highly recommend her to anyone travelling with your precious pets.
