Claire from Pets2Places was nothing short of outstanding. She's been ferrying my Mum's dog Rosie to and from vet appointments, kennels and sitters while Mum has been recovering from surgery. Rosie reacts to seeing her like she does to seeing Mum or me, and it's obvious Claire cares about her furry passengers and treats them well even when their humans can't accompany them.

Would highly recommend this service. We booked Pets2Places to help us get our newly adopted dog home from the shelter, as we don't own a car. Claire was great, very patient and helpful getting our nervous new dog into the car. The space at the back meant he could settle down quickly and it made what could have been a stressful experience into a lovely smooth start for our dog settling in with us. Would not hesitate to book again!

I used Pets2Places to transport my dog from Hampshire to Manchester when I was unexpectedly let down by my pet sitter while on holiday. Claire was brilliant, I really couldn't have asked for anything more. She was efficient and, almost more importantly to me at least, she kept me totally up to date while moving our beloved dog with WhatsApp messages and photos along the way. Thank you Claire and I would 100 per cent use you in the future.

Took a taxi with Claire for the first time today who was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Pets 2 Places. The pricing is very good and we appreciated the fact that Claire waited for us until the appointment was over, especially as the appointment took a while. She reassured us that she would wait even if it took us some time. She was also flexible and was happy to take more than one passenger along with the cat and the taxi was nice and roomy. We really appreciate Claire accommodating us for our cat's last minute appointment. It really took the stress out of taking a sick pet to the vet. Thank you Claire!

Absolutely wonderful! Arranged to transport my pet and I to the vet on rather short notice, as well as waited for us outside the (quite slow!) vet practice to bring us back home again. It was a huge relief to know I had secure transport to and from the vet as the taxi drivers around here can be a little reluctant to take animals (especially sick ones!) into their cars. Thank you!!
