Simply in Surrey, this is the best Veterinary Practice I have ever come across. It excels in every area. The level of professional expertise is matched by the level of care and empathy towards both pet and owner. The such surprisingly reasonable fees are yet another reflection of how much each Client is valued at this Practice. Thanks to everyone there. A true blessing to all pets and their owners.

Hannah was fantastic and put my dog at ease as he’s scared of the Vets. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dogs needs. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful vets. I’ve taken both my dog since he was a little puppy, and my rescue Guinea pig recently, and they’ve always been absolutely wonderful. Gentle, understanding, listened to all of my questions and concerns. I’ve seen a few different vets at this practice, but mostly Hannah, and she is an exceptional vet. My dog can be a bit nervous around new people, especially while trapped in a small room/with males, but he does wonderfully with any vet that sees him at this practice, even when his ears were sore and needed to be dug around in. Hannah also managed to get one more of my rescue Guinea pigs nails clipped, which is a feat in and of itself. Overall a fantastic practice and I’ll be sad to leave when I move!

Excellent in all ways. This was my first visit to Pets 1st, and from the moment you walk in to the pet-friendly building, you are taken good care of by the receptionists (who were lovely). I spoke to Andy through a recommendation, and he was superb. He has a great knowledge on pets and took great care with mine, whilst also very patient and willing to answer questions. I'll be making Pets 1st my regular. Thank you to the team!
