Monique at Petpals Southampton is absolutely brilliant and has been walking our cheeky Cockapoo, Alfie, for around 18 months now. Going out for walks with Monique and the gang is Alfie’s favourite thing ever. He waits for them to arrive and, after a crazy greeting for Monique, is trying to jump in the van before the door’s even open! It’s been hugely helpful that Monique has been so flexible with the walks and will always try to accommodate any changes we need, which is much appreciated. We have also had Alfie board on the odd occasion and, again, he has the best time and I know we’re leaving him in safe hands. Would highly recommend!
