Petpals have been amazing for me and my bernese mountain dog. Sam and the team, we fantastic from the start, big fella (Sam's nickname for him) was always very nervous of people. He has grown so much in confidence and learn so much from them, he adored his walks and I loved the reports after them every time, showing me that Bud was loving it. It was a stressful time for me and pelpals understood everything and made my life a whole lot easier. I can't thank them enough for everything, I will continue to use the branches around the North East, but i will always be thankful for everything Sam and the team did for me. Thank you all so much

Having been let down by other cat visiting services we were a bit worried about trying another one. We were quickly able to relax about our 3 cats while away as Patricia did a wonderful job of seeing to their needs as well as giving them attention and taking care of things like bringing in some parcels left on our porch. We really enjoyed the little reports that came with each visit and the details reassured us. They've also been very flexible with dates, we were delayed coming home and needed an extra visit and that was taken care of immediately. They're always very responsive and have been very kind. Highly recommended.
