Well, Dr Gordon is brilliant and Dr Edwards she's an angel she treats you with warmth and kindness. The receptionists here get a lot of hate but they're lovely and they do what they can despite how busy they are!

A disgrace. One of the secretaries is helpful, the other is awful. One of the GPs is good (that’s why I stayed so far) but it’s a bit the lottery. I even had wrong interpretation of a blood test; fortunately it was picked up by an Addenbrookes consultant who was seeing me for other matters. Mental health is not taken very seriously, patients are not followed up. Once you have the prescription you are self medicating yourself. Now I think it’s time for me to leave.

Receptionist are rude and lack of empathy. They’re not helpful and make the solution of any problem you possibly have more difficult. They should be trained properly The Gp are pretty useless. They never contact you back or keep Informed about your condition. You feel totally unsafe. When you got there you immediately got the impression that you’re just a burden.

I have been a patient at this surgery for over 20 years. I came in for a routine blood test yesterday but felt extremely unwell whilst waiting for the appointment. Receptionists, the Nurse and GP were all incredibly kind and helpful. Shame on the bad reviews! These people are humans working so hard and putting themselves on the frontlines for patients. Our NHS is under stress but we are privileged to have it! The job description is one thing but all of these people went several steps higher for me. Complete respect and many thanks!

I’m a high school student and have never paid for medical Receptionist: Here’s your medicine. Do you usually pay for them? Me: no never. Receptionist: ok. You know you have to pay for your medicine. Me: err okay.. (took out my card) Me confused and about to tap my card onto the machine: wait but I thought the NHS is free. Receptionist: oh are you a full time student? Me: yes. Receptionist: oh okay you don’t have to pay for them. It’s weird why don’t he ask if I am a full time student after knowing I’ve never paid for medicine..
