Made a special effort to come here out of my way instead of b&q, to support shall businesses. After the lady asked me the fifth time if she could help me in a tiny shop, for the fifth time I said no but I asked her if she’s ok because she seemed very stressed and had asked me 5 times in one minute if she could help me. To this she ranted and raved, said “f” you to me, told me I was taking the p, and called for backup to remove me from the premises. I’ll go to b&q next time I think! 😂
