If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I contacted them on Monday 24th April in regards to getting an appointment for a prescription of antibiotics over the phone as I had visited this practice in October 2022 to have my lower left wisdom tooth removed 3 if not 4 times all unsuccessfuly. The receptionist was rude, she didn't care that I had a newborn baby or even my son to take or pick up from school. I was presented with a reply of "this is an emergency service you cannot pick and choose what times you want to attend and I've already changed the appointment time to later on for you". Well sorry, next time I shall leave my newborn at home and my son at school because you said so🙄. What an absolute shambles of a service! I will also be formally placing a complaint with PALS as to - when you saw me in October last year was an updated x-ray not completed, after finding out today at a private dental clinic that I have had a dental abscess under the affected tooth for some time and the reason why your dentist was not able to successfully remove this tooth is because the anaesthetic was being neutralizied by the infection. Had you of taken an updated x-ray not used one that was 5 years old you'd have noticed this! I left this place mulitple times in tears and absolute agony whilst being 6 months pregnant with the most horrific pain in my ear because the abscess is actually sat on my main nerve that leads through my full left lower jaw! This isn't the first time you've got it wrong, I left this place with a fractured jaw in 3 places! Sort it out, especially those unsympathetic receptionists!

Changing the review as now i understand the service operations and dealt with them more, it is a great practise... my only critism is booking can take up to an hour and then have no appointments sometimes, If the booking system changed to an easier service... it would be a top service.

Had an appointment due to terrible pain in my teeth on the right side. Dentist looked in my mouth for not even 2 minutes and told me there was nothing wrong and sent me home. I then made an appointment at Peterborough dental hun who were fantastic and told me that I had a fracture in my tooth and it needed removing, which was causing all my pain. If I hadn’t of paid to go private I wouldn’t have been treated.

Was seen last Friday as had a broken tooth. They tried extraction but even with anaesthetic it was too painful. Gave me antibiotics and came back today and they tooth out all ok. Both times the staff were extremely patient, very kind and kept me in great spirits. A great experience. Many thanks.

8.01am line is busy as usual wish you didn't have to leave a star as I wouldn't leave one at all had this for over a few weeks now and with no NHS dentist taking ok it's the only place we can use due to the horrendous prices private dentist charge

Dental appointment very good, informative with an efficient extraction, aftercare given. Appointment was difficult to obtain as phone line very busy and they reached their appointment capacity very quick on Mon morning. Tues got an appt, unfortunately was cancelled twice (water leak/staff shortage). Got the extraction on Fri.

So I’ve read a lot of the reviews with this practice and there a lot of bad ones that I have to disagree with. I had to have my wisdom tooth extracted today. The staff were extremely friendly well mannered and polite! The extraction went smoothly no pain no stress nothing! in and out within 20 minutes! Very impressed!

This is my first time having a dental appointment as have not been able to get one. I left this place in tears cause i was in so much pain. I was referred by 111 as emergency, when i got there i paid for my treatment and registration as i was new. Extraction was not carried out and ask to come back after i finish antibiotics which they prescribed due to swelling. Was also told i don't have to pay again when i come back for extraction. When i finished the dose. I call them almost everyday and lines never go through, when it finally does they would always say no appointment available, went back to 111 who finally gave me appointment as i was in pain still and could not do anything. Firstly, the receptionist didn't want to attend to me, lied i came late, when i showed her my time on my phone as i was 5mins early, she now said i will pay again as it been 2months. I kept explaining to them you never pick up and always told me no appointment available. I also reminded her she told me i don't need to pay again. I left the place crying in pain, as i had no money or card with me. It was so obvious they did not want to treat me. Some staffs there are rude, have no empathy, tell lies, unprofessional and always claim no appointment available while people suffer in pain. My first sad dental experience, managing the pains with stronger pain relieve and tcp. Please take your dental health very serious, not want to be in the mercy of these people, not a place u want to be!!
