Right from when I gave Audi in Peterborough a ring, Joshua Smith has been a professional, prompt and helpful since I only wanted to know what they had in stock for a particular series before going ahead to buy. He was able to find one around the neighbouring Audi branch and in a short time I got a brand new car. The lady in the front desk is an Angel, she attended to me and my 4 boys and offered us a lot of her kindness.

Took my car to have auxiliary belt changed and when I collected it timing was out and it blew up, 2 years later and they still have my car, they have denied responsibility and are refusing to fix the car unless instructed by a judge, its now 17th may 2023 and i still dont have my car back. They had it since 2020, i would sudgest they cant be trusted.

I had an issue with engine oil level sensors in my car, so I booked an appointment to investigate the issue on a Monday 2pm, thinking for myself would be a good choice..(Audi garage nice) Wrong!!! starting to get phone calls from Audi, if I want brake fluid service and other filters. I mention the main reason for this booking is to check the engine oil sensors. Been told okay no worries we will check it. Dropped my car 2pm had a quick chat, so I agreed to do the brake fluid service, and mention again about the engine oil sensors.. Come back 5:40 at the reception been asked would you like coffee tea or soft drink. Ok tea please. Take a seat and I will bring it over.. boy oh boy no tea whatsoever. (Fine) Philippa gave me a slip to pay for brake fluid service. I asked what about oil sensor. She said let me go ask the technician, after a while she come back saying, your oil level is about 70% but you can top up like 2L your engine takes about 4.5L, just check your dipstick. Seriously I end up speechless, my car doesn't have a dipstick and is a 3.0 TDI Quattro which is 6.9L oil capacity. (what a great advise to damage my engine) Very unprofessional.. And no oil sensor checked.. Very disappointed. I believe I need to take my car for a private garage.
