A very friendly man, who went above and beyond expectations. We went in to get a replacement string for our daughters Violin, in the end he replaced them all, adjusted the bridge and made a few extra alterations that made it easier for her to play. He didn't push expensive strings either as he didn't think it necessary. I was very happy after our visit.
