We used Peter Posh for our wedding in May 2022. We collected the order 2 days before the wedding, we had a few issues with a pair of incorrect trousers and marks on another. When we phoned the Warwick shop to speak to them they were quick to get replacements ready to collect the next day with plenty of time before the wedding. When we chose our suits every member of staff we encountered were very helpful. Would recommend

Accompanied my son at an appointment to view gents wedding attire 26/11/22. Really?! Have seen more life in road kill than I experienced from the staff there. Left after 10 minutes. Absolutely abyssmal.

We ordered our hire suits for our wedding, which had been checked in store. We collected them 2 days before our wedding, however when we got them home there was broken buttons on the grooms suit and they weren’t up to standard. We contacted the shop who were less than helpful and didn’t express much remorse. We had to drive 35 mins to collect another suit, and no discount or apology was offered. Poor service!

We met a team of Peter Posh at the wedding show in Coventry and they told us they could do a lot of different fabrics and colour for my partner's wedding suit. We contacted Warwick shop and took an appointment to be served finally we realised the appointment wasn't needed as it was open to public with only 1 person to serve everyone. And we've been told the colour we needed didn't exist. We couldn't do anything about it, they're were no choice. We drove 1h for this for nothing, The lady here gave us different sizes but that's it. We had no further help and advice we've been left totally frustrated and she even looked surprised when we said we wanted to buy a suit instead of renting it... What a waste of time...

We hired six suits for a wedding in September. There were several errors to suits, including fitting and tailoring. Hems uneven, wrong sized shirts being given. The shop assistant called Jade was rude, arrogant, did not speak just mumbled looking away, making it apparent she did not want to serve us. This should of been an exciting time for the wedding party, however was ruined by the disgusting behaviour of the shop assistant Jade. An email was sent to management about her, no reply.
