i bought my macbook pro from this shop about a year ago, and i have to say the experience was very sour. i may of already left a review closer to the time but i'm writing another to display my deep upset. my issue with this shop and my purchase was a white old gentleman who worked in the apple computer department on the top floor. when i arrived, he and another colleague dissipated away from me as if i was carrying some disease. then after standing waiting for 5 minutes, he approached me asking if i wanted anything. i politely asked that i would like to purchase this macbook pro. to which he then went out back and found me one, in a box which had battered corners. after completing my purchase, which i absolutely should not of done with a employee who possessed a poor/arrogant attitude i asked for my receipt to be emailed to me, to which he refused. im writing this review a year later because i cant find my paper receipt and i could of done with an email copy. do not shop at this established if you want 5 star service.

Maybe a decent department store for clothes etc, absolutely useless for tech. No wonder they're losing out to amazon etc, nothing in stock and poor stock tracking (ignore the app, it will say in stock in store when not). How can a flagship store have such poor stock? Some tech staff don't care and aren't particularly knowledgeable, at least it's been hit and miss for me Responding to owner response: The stock is not reflected correctly on the app, app showed 2 items in stock + continues to show it incorrectly. Please don't suggest I'm at fault here. Even the person I spoke to said "I wouldn't trust the app..."
