  Dear Pete, what a joy to re-experience the reiki live today after a month without it.  Today's experience... 10 min in: nose unclogged, fresh air sensation in upper respiratory system, clearer head; better oxygenation. 15 min in: fizzy legs, blood circulating normally again in my thighs and shins, warm feet. 20 min in: good flow everywhere; feeling grounded and refreshed, ready to continue my day! Thank you.

  Both my horses have benefited from Peter Jeffs holistic services. They have both been part of the Karuna Reiki group and have had Pete work with them in person. It is very helpful to be able to ask specific questions about their health, routine and circumstances that Pete can help answer through his kinesiology. Pete often works with herbs, Bach Flower remedies, essential oils, tapping and sound that he feels will be beneficial to their wellbeing. He picked up that Ronaldo had injured a ligament in his leg which was then confirmed through an MRI scan at the veterinary hospital. Pete continues to help Ronaldo at distance with sound and reiki healing which I feel is helping with his wellbeing and recovery. Peter is one of the kindest and most dedicated holistic professionals you can find to help you with your horse’s wellness. Thank you Pete.

  I have participated in Dr. Pete Jeffs’ distance healing Karuna Reiki Circles for over a year. Over that time, I have been able to “drop in” deeper and deeper into the Reiki energy, amplified by the healing energy and wisdom of the horses that join us, for each session and every circle. It has become a regular practice for me to not only drop into meditation and receive this healing energy, but to also join together with the horse and humans within our circle and contribute what I can toward the goal of each circle. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to participate in this amazing collective of healing energy!

  Pete has been treating my horses now for nearly two years with amazing results. When he told me about his weight balancing idea I was very intrigued, a month later when I saw how much weight Pete had lost my husband and I decided to join his program. We joined Pete’s four week program just before our holiday. In four weeks we lost 18 pounds between us. The program of tapping twice a day was easy to follow. The fasting was also easy as the tapping stopped you from feeling hungry, we also experienced no cravings and have seen a financial saving in the amount of food we were now buying. The weight loss has been steady and well balanced making it easy to maintain. Now my program is over I have the tools to reset my body’s weight set point so I can increase or decrease my body weight depending on the time of year. Pete's regular zoom meetings for updates have been a great support. I would highly recommend this easy weight balancing program as it actually works!

Peter's distant healing using Reiki leaves me with a true feeling of peace and connection with all the other circle members. Shared three times a week it is such incredible and wonderful value.   I called on Pete to help with my anxious puppy, I heard how successful he had been with my friends horses & chose him to help us. Wilma couldn’t cope with people looking directly at her or exclaiming at her blue eyes & unusual markings, and worse still was terrified of other dogs, especially any that barked near her. Pete worked with her in “person” & used distance healing with her. Wilma is now much more confident with most people & quiet dogs & will allow people to fuss her gently, she is still concerned about anyone who tries to move quickly or is “loud” around her but she is improving weekly. Whilst treating Wilma, our other young dog Frankie was terrified after a thunderstorm. I asked Pete to join him in the healing circle & after a few sessions Frankie came back outside into the garden (where he associated the thunder). He also continues to improve & after a recent thunderclap he was only momentarily upset & recovered very quickly (minutes instead of days) I highly recommend Pete for healing of any animals & I’ll certainly call upon him again for my dogs or my family if we hit a stumbling block in the future.

  In Feb '22 I had surgery for mouth cancer, followed by 6 weeks of intensive radiotherapy. I lost my appetite and began to loose weight. Straight after my last radiotherapy session I had a kinesiology session with Pete Jeffs, via Zoom and asked if he could help me with my appetite. Radiotherapy had really drained me and Pete asked key questions and then focussed on my appetite. He showed me 3 areas to tap gently on my body each day to stimulate my appetite (particularly the hormone ghrelin). I was delighted when later that day I actually felt like eating. So over the following weeks following Pete's recommendations I have started to eat well, enjoy it and put on some weight. My oncologist was very impressed. I highly recommend Pete's work as a kinesiologist. It is gentle, holistic and remarkable in its effectiveness. Pete is very professional, knowledgeable and provided detailed notes after each session. I have had several sessions with him and am 100 % delighted with the results.

I am part of the Karuna Reiki group, and I also do other therapies like the sound therapy, kinesiology and lately the weight balancing programme. I cannot reccommend Peter Jeffs enough. He is very highly knowledgeable and skilled, extremely diligent and passionate about his work with us humans, horses and other animals too. His weight balancing programme is extraordinary. He created his own methodbabs and I have managed to go 6kgs down to my normal goal weight in just 6 weeks without any effort, just gentle adjustments. Peter is the most dedicated professional I have ever met and I highly recommend his Holistic services to anyone.
