Peter James have absolutely outdone themselves. It was a pleasure working with Hannah in order to find the right house she kept me calm when things are not going exactly to plan. She insured that we found the right house and was also just a call way. I trust that the are there employees in the Wolverhampton branch are just as courteous. We have recently begun renting with this company and cannot fault the experience so far. Our previous rental (with a different company) was full of issues which the agency and landlord were just not addressing, so much so there is a complaint in with The Property Ombudsman about them. When I first viewed this property (with Ella, who has sadly now left), we explained our current dire living situation and she was very sympathetic and actually gave us advice on how to tackle the problems we were facing. We applied for this property and were kept informed regularly about the status of the application and move-in date. Since Ella has left we have been dealing with Lucy and Hannah who have both been lovely. Any issues we have raised have been dealt with immediately which is so wonderfully refreshing after living in hellish circumstances with previous property. We’ve been here 2 months now and we love it. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in letting agents and showing me that tenants are cared about just as much as the clients.

Absolutely brilliant ! They delivered by getting the basics right throughout the whole process & were refreshingly PROACTIVE at every key milestone whether this be reconfirming appointments, following up on viewings, keeping me updated and most importantly in the way the property was marketed which included exploring potential opportunities that arose within the property sales department and advertising through numerous channels instead of just "relying on the power of rightmove". I can be difficult to please but not only did Lucy, Hannah & the team please me they impressed me !!!! A massive thank you to all at Peter James Property, Peter you have a team to be proud of !!!!!!!

following the reply you gave my wife, the reason why she did not reply to your calls, is because her number has changed, if this wasn't the case she would have called you back. Also you could have actually called me on my number instead of claiming to do so, by the way i did not recieve any calls or messages on my number from any one of you or your staff, so please don't claim to do something that you did not actually do. As it makes you look way more unprofessional than you already are. As you said judging by my partners google history she apparently only complains which is not true. Maybe you should take these reviews to improve your services. And also judging by your reviews we are not the only people who left 1 star reviews.
