The new website is a massive improvement and a massive help to us florists being able to order online till midnight its great I love it. Peter H Smith was previously very good and staff always used to be polite. Recently, whenever I call, I am always spoken to really rudely. I also previously tried calling all day to make a payment and recieved a call back at 11pm - this is extremely late and its not an appropriate time to be calling for payment.
