Terrible place to be a patient in, my husband who is tetraplegic wasn't given adequate food or his bottle washed and fresh water put in. Fire door was broken and no effort made to fix it so his door couldn't be properly closed. Left in a room for over 50 minutes asking to be taken back to his own room as he couldn't do it himself. Thank goodness he is now back at our home. Be very wary of this place.

Worked here for just over 4 1/2 years the first 3 1/2 were great went downhill very rapidly when bondcare took over. Company don’t care about staff whatsoever and rate of pay is disgusting for what carers have to do, this home is not an ordinary care home it’s a high dependency unit, often having to work either short staff or useless agency staff. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE OR PUTTING YOUR FAMILY HERE

You are lucky to get one star . Absolutely disgusting place. Staff wandering around on personal phones whilst buzzers are going off. Spillages on floors not being cleaned and are just left. On average my brother has to wait 30 to 60 minutes plus for someone to answer the buzzer. Then leave them on bed pain for 29 plus minutes. Lucky to get a bath or shower at least once a week. No encouragement to get them active either. Need to buck up ideas
