Do not accept a shared house, as it is overcrowded. Caution: do not accept a shared property when the bills are not included. I cannot express my disappointment

Organisation is absolutely shambles, operatives let themselves in to your home when ever they like, repairs take months if not years to get sorted, always threatened with eviction over late rent, yet when they owe you money in over paid rent take over a year an a half to sort out. Not understanding staff very unhelpful an frustrating service overall

They have been overcharging my rent and when I questioned it they kept withholding information from me. They finally said they would refund the difference after I officially complained, But have been putting it off for months. I still have not received my refund. Withholding money is financial abuse. Appaling behaviour and management.

Due some recent bad weather I had leaky roof in my top floor flat. I called the repairs team and a nice young lady named Maria? Was very helpful and sympathetic to my needs. She kept me updated on my repairs schedule and the issue was sorted in a timely manner. Thank you Maria

Terrible. Their handling of repairs is atrocious, as bad or worse than anything I've experienced in the private rented sector. Their complaints procedure is just a whitewash.
