Appalling both rose qualityand customer service! I brought four roses from this company last year, one was covered with red spider mites, two with rust. I sent multiple emails requesting replacement but never received a reply! In comparison I recently ordered a St Ethelburga from another online retailer. Again it came with lots of rust. But the retailer swiftly arranged a replacement.
