Peter Barry Surveyors came recommended by our architect, and we were very happy with their services. Callum Escott was very professional, kept us updated and got things sorted with our neighbor in no time. It was difficult to get hold of the owner at first as the property is rented out and the owner lives abroad. So they needed a little help from us chasing up the owner otherwise we would have missed the legal timeframe for getting a response. This is where we feel they could have been a bit more proactive... Overall great experience working with them and would highly recommend their services.
