    I called Peter as our Samsung Washing Machine was not working / would not drain water. After a number of calls to Samsung and efforts to resolve the problem, they were suggesting we buy a new one! It’s only about 3.5 years old! Peter was able to attend within a few hours and was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Within little over an hour he had identified the issue, had removed the part and sorted the problem and then reassembled and tested to ensure working. The invoice detailed fully what work had been undertaken and we felt the price was more than fair, especially given the fast response. Would definitely recommend Peter Allan for sure.
