    Called on 28th Oct for mot on 21st nov. Asked on day I booked can I drop car day before leave keys which I was told was fine. Called 21st in the morning to see what sort of time car would be ready to find out who ever i spoke to on 29th Oct didn't bother to book my car in. Was just told car is not booked in like it was my fault. No apologies just their fit it in at some point. When asked to speak to Ower I got told I'm the manager is that not good enough.... got told pretty much the same from owner car not booked in and when did i call... Like i just dropped my car off the night before for the fun of it... mistakes happen but own it. I did get an apology when picking my car up but little to late. My car was parked in the estate which i had to walk and look around to find it no where near the garage. Not the best first impression found experience very unprofessional which is a shame as reviews I read before hand where good.
