I was seen to right away and even remembered me from the weeks before(bank holiday Monday ) they listen to all my issues with my current running trainers ,they carried out few tests and had me on the treadmill . After that everything was explained in detail and I was advised on what style of trainers to get and given 4 best options suited to my style of running and budget. Thanks for taking the time, to listening, advise and allow me to try many trainers on. 5 star service

    Popped in on Friday last week to have my gait analysed and pick up a new pair of trainers having recently started running again following a 3 year break. I didn’t get the lads name who helped me but I just wanted to say how good the service was. I went away with a pair of Brooks Ghost 15 and took them for a run this morning and they was perfect. Really impressed with the customer service and knowledge of product but also the fact that I felt listened to. Thanks again.

    Stunningly good. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, but not in your face with the knowledge. Wide range of shoes, with an emphasis on trail and fell running, but a good selection of road shoes, too. Multiple other products, from lightweight waterproofs to Garmin fenix watches. Prices are often deeply discounted. Even if you go for a full-price item, there are discounts available for members of various organisations and Blue Light card holders.
