Excellent Service! I felt safe with the trip of tico( rabbit) from UK to Spain. I was really concerned since there are no many companies that Accept rabbits for transport. But the communication during the preparation and during the trip was amazing. I felt Tico was safe travelling with Mandy, and Jodie was excellent answering all my questions in advanced. Tico now is Happy in Spain and fully recovered for a long journey that can be quite stressing for him. I would fully recommend this company

Amazing service! They are incredibly professional, Jodie has been wonderful at planning our move to London. The entire experience was very positive for me as well as my pet. They arrived on time, both at collection and drop off. Mandy took great care of my 5 months old puppy and kept me updated all along their journey. I really recommend them as they are animal lovers and great at their job.

Perfect professional service. Transported dog from Spain to UK and took exceedingly good care of him on route. The dogs owner unfortunately died before he arrived in UK but company showed compassion and went above and beyond. Even helped to re-home the dog, on a personal level our family cannot thank you enough. Couldn’t have had a better service, can’t fault anything. THANK YOU!!!
