    Unbelievable. It took ages to find this building, as bakers row seems to be mostly residential. No signage and no answer to phone call. Website said it was open but no one there when I rang the doorbell.

    If I could offer zero stars, Pet Supermarket would get zero stars! No use offering discounts and value for money, if deliveries do not arrive when you say they will! Paid additional fee for next day delivery for food for my special needs cat and no delivery! The website is straightforward and quick when securing orders and taking your money. Telephone/email for help/tracking info for delivery or complaint falls on deaf ears & the website has you in an eternal loop of frustrating and impersonal FAQ pages. Never again! Lack of duty of care & candour! Everyone has a choice of where to shop, I'm going elsewhere!
