I was lucky enough to meet Derek soon after adopting my two cats. He took the time to come over and introduce himself and talk about his animal care business that he was just starting. I've lost count of how many times he's looked after my cats over the years, it's usually 4-5 times a year and he never fails to deliver. He's a lovely guy with a great love of animals. He always texts to let me know how they're doing so I don't stress about them. Nothing is too much trouble and the cats are always better off at home rather than the stress of a cattery.
