I took willow for her second ever groom at pet needs and Jill was so great! She was so patient with willow and allowed me to stay to try to keep her calm. Willow had a lot of mats (as sheâs a curly cockapoo) and as we didnât want her coat too short Jill talked me through the whole process and kept my preference in mind. My mom and I are extremely happy with willowâs groom and the care that went into it! Thankyou! We will be back!

The staff here are very friendly, caring and welcoming. They take a few minutes to talk with you if itsyour fur babies first visit and fuss and cuddle your baby before taking them into the grooming room. It is clear they love animals and that your baby is not just another number on a conveyor belt. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for that personal touch.
