Have used this pet shop on and off over the years with no problems but never bought an animal. Called in today to look at Syrian hamsters with my daughter and when they had no stock I went to ask when they would be getting any in. The guy on the till said he didn't know and shouted across to who I assume was the manager/ owner and he also just said he didn't know either. Didn't really seem to care or be interested. I'm also no snake expert but I was a little concerned by the size of some of the containers the snakes were kept in.
