    We absolutely love Pet Central. All the staff are lovely and are absolutely amazing with our boys Severus and Stan. We always feel at ease when we go on holiday knowing they are being taken care of so well, and get photo’s on Facebook of them enjoying themselves. Our boys are so excited when we pull up to Pet Central and all they want to do is get inside, we don’t even get a look back from them! Couldn’t recommend Pet Central enough!

    Can't fault Pet Central, always friendly, always put your dog needs first. We have 2 very big dogs Rottie and Cane Corso - the ladies at pet central always look after them very well.Spoil them rotten. We always book the luxury kennel, not cheap but worth every penny.Would recommend to any one looking for kennels

    AVOID THESE KENNELS! Really disgusted with service and attitude of staff and especially the manager after my dog was booked in for 4 days while we were away. When he was dropped off, I provided exactly enough food for his stay, and gave instructions to staff on when to feed him and how much to be given (one meal each evening) On collecting him, almost half of the food was still in the container, with a label that the kennels had added stating 2 scoops of food every morning. He was dropped off on a Wednesday morning, so can only presume that he was not fed at all that day and was next fed on Thursday morning. When we asked to speak to the manager, his responses included that my dog had been fed, that he “didn’t look underweight”, the fact that there wasn’t a scoop in the box of food, and that he doesn’t do the feeding, this was the job of the kennel staff. We opened the box of food and my dog wolfed it down immediately which was clear evidence that he hadn’t been fed enough, but at no point was any form of apology offered - the manager simply refused to accept that there was a problem of any sort. To top it all off, my dog has now picked up kennel cough.
