I would highly recommend polite and friendly service very informative, I work in housing and have dealt with alot of pest control companies this particular job was for my home address, I originally reported bed bugs the operative knew what he was doing and diagnosed fleas instead and proceeded with the treatment, I really like the fact he called to give me an eta I called in the morning and they were out the same day would highly recommend

I cannot recommend this company unfortunately. I found the whole process extremely unprofessional and shady from start to finish. As a customer I wanted to feel some sort of security when making a booking and asked for confirmation of my booking on two separate occasions but never received anything. This then had me questioning whether the company was actually legitimate. On the day the engineer attended my property I had to beg for an invoice before making payment and was told I had to pay first and the invoice would be sent to me after?! This is news to me as I’ve always received an invoice before making payment and a receipt after. The engineer was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot and his answer to most questions I had was that he’d only just started with the company so he wasn’t sure. This really reassured me with the process! After finally getting the invoice I went to make payment via bank transfer as requested but the details provided on the invoice would not allow the request to process to the bank. I had a family member try from their bank to make sure it wasn’t an issue with my bank and they then had the same issue. I tried calling the number provided on the invoice to explain there was an issue with the bank details they had provided but there was no answer. I then received a call from a random mobile number and was accused of refusing to pay and asked why the engineer had been in my home for over half an hour!? At this point I actually felt pretty scared. As a young female in the property alone I felt trapped and pressured as I had the engineer then asking me to make payment to a different random account which I didn’t feel comfortable doing and at the same time I was still receiving aggressive calls from the random mobile number asking me to pay. The whole situation was really upsetting and in the end I just asked for the traps to be removed and the engineer to leave as I began to feel I was being scammed. After the engineer had left with the traps I was still receiving calls telling me that a debt collection company would be coming after me! I’d like to reiterate that no payment was ever refused by myself! I wanted the traps but simply wasn’t able to transfer the money as the bank details provided on the invoice were incorrect. The whole situation was really traumatic and my advice to anyone looking to book with this company would be to save yourself the stress and book elsewhere, especially if you are a young solo female as they will try and manipulate you. Pretty sure most of the positive reviews on here are from their friends and family, not customers, so do your research and be mindful. Service: Rodent extermination

I called them on Sunday for an infestation of mice. They were very professional friendly and helpful. Jason came out on the same day he was really nice and carried out an inspection of my property took photos and laid down the bait. It has only been seen Sunday but I haven't seen any further activity from the mice albeit Jason will come in 3/4 weeks to do a second inspection. He was very helpful answering all questions and reassuring me and my daughters. He identified entry points and gave further advice on what to after the treatment in filling the holes to the entry points. Great value for money I would highly recommend them.
