    Terrible service, I said I need a plaster for my kids finger , they sold us gauze in a wrapper instead but because 95p I had to buy more to be above 1 pound so I did. When I opened wrapper discovered it was only gauze with no adhesive . He said because I did not say adhesive plaster he would not refund me. His attitude was not what you expect from a neighborhood pharmacy, the money is minimal in this instance but the attitude was disgraceful. I was with my kid as well.

    Stephen, the chiropodist is great. He is lovely and friendly. Puts you at ease immediately. He is very experienced and, does an amazing job. He’s fast yet professional. He never hurts you and is very gentle yet thorough, whilst treating you. I recommend Stephen for your chiropody issues. Very reasonable price also. Value for money.

    Pestle and Mortar are one of the best pharmacys I have ever been to, it is very cheery and welcoming . The team are friendly and knowledgeable and always avaliable to help. Many customers seek their valuable advice. Kensington would be a lot poorer without Dipak (Prof) and his marvoulous team.

    This pharmacy is one happy, very efficient and friendly team.I use them as my primary pharmacy for 15 years because they give a great service. Dipak Patel is absolutely saint.He is very knowledgeable, quick ,effective and friendly. Manu , Abdul and the rest of the team are also great. This is definitely one of the best chemists in London.

    The pharmacist and manager is an absolute jerk, and knows nothing. Gave me Zirtek, when i took one and tried to return it because it had lactose he basically told me not his problem, won't take it back because he can't resell. The guy is absolute jerk, do not patron this establishment. FYI I did get sick!!
