    Wished l had read the reviews before visiting. Saw a Motorhome advertised on their Web page, travelled over an hour to go view it, only to find it sold and once sold sign is on you can no longer view the vehicle, which I totally understand, if you've purchased a £87,000 vehicle you don't want all and sundry clambering all over it. My gripe is that it is still advertised and will stay advertised until they change their website, which unbelievably they only do once a week on a Thursday, that's according to the gentleman, presume he was a saleman sitting behind a desk in an office who couldn't have cared less with his disinterested attitude, when I questioned if its sold why is it still on website, could have saved me the bother and possibly others that might want to view it before Thursday. Like a few others have said previously l too will never use them or recommend them .

    I recently bought a brand new Bailey Pegasus Bologna caravan. I picked it up last Thursday 20th April 2023 Once my wife and I arrived home with it we noticed some odd marks on the chassis as if there was a fault with the galvanising or something. I went back on the Saturday to speak to Grant who originally sold the caravan to us. He advised that we email our concerns to Claire, one of the directors. By Mon morning Claire had replied back to me confirming that their service guys agreed that indeed there was a fault with the caravan. My wife and I went in that afternoon and chose another one which they had in stock identical to the original one. There was no drama and no fuss, and we cannot thank the team at Perthshire Caravans enough. On top of that we also received a goodwill payment from Perthshire Caravans supported by Baileys of Bristol for the inconvenience caused. I can honestly say this is the best customer service I have ever received. I would highly recommend Perthshire Caravans
