Just bought an Audi S3 from here over the weekend. Great place, and a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I was informed that this is one of only a handful of family run Audi dealerships left in the UK, which is rare to find nowadays. I would like to note that it was a nice change to deal with a branch where there is no sales pressure. All staff I have dealt with so far have been first class. Can't wait to pick up my new car when it's ready. Highly recommended 👍

I very rarely submit public reviews but the experience I had at Perth Audi deserves sharing more widely. I have bought many new cars over the years and following bewilderingly awful customer service from another Scottish Audi franchise, I got in touch with Perth Audi in relation to a new car in their showroom and am delighted I did. I was treated like a highly valued customer from initial contact through to handover. The service I received from Daniel Begg was exceptional, he was professional, warm and attentive. Daniel was excellent at communicating throughout the sales process. I never had to chase him on any detail. Perth Audi is over 400 miles from me and yet I would repeat the long journey for the same experience. I had the chance to familiarise with a beautiful new Audi on the long drive home! Huge thanks to Daniel, Angus and the Perth Audi team for a memorable experience. Outstanding, and truly deserving of their five stars.

Disappointing level of service and communication. When your car is your livelihood it's important that you receive a level of service that values your custom, your time and provides information, when asked, to ensure you can make informed decisions. That has not been my experience.
