Another agency that promises the world and delivers absolutely nothing. Got me in to sign and fill in their heaps of unnecessary paperwork. Said they had lots of driving assignments and plenty of work on. (I took this with a punch of salt, as you can never 100% believe a recruitment consultant). I made clear of my situation and work required. I received one call for an assessment which I was unable to attend on the day they offered due to prior commitments. No worries they said, we’ve got plenty of other work, I’ll call back. Never received that call, and even after several phone calls to the office chasing up, nobody ever called me back. However, what I did for 6 months after this, was email the 4 email addresses I had for this branch, including their “different departments” (just desks on opposite sides of the room in the same office), with ‘read receipts’ on, so I knew they were receiving the emails, informing them weekly of my availability. I never once received a phone call or email back. Even if they had no work, even a courtesy phone call to say they were receiving the emails, but had no work. No. Nothing. Totally unprofessional, and waste your time. Avoid. Useless. FYI it was Erica Crook & Mel Coles.

They never give any jobs. Or maybe they just advertise it to reach their enroll target. 3 times applied with them for a job, one time even went to their office in Basildon and nothing. They'll say we will call as soon as they hear from the client and let you wait like a fool for weeks with no answer. Waiting for 2 weeks now for a word from them and nothing. They should change their name to NOTHING. Useless
